GREENFIELD, Iowa (AP) — A powerful tornado killed seven people, including two young children, and injured six others in Iowa on Wednesday, authorities said. The twister tore through the town of Greenfield, leaving behind a trail of destruction. The National Weather Service said the tornado was an EF-4, with winds up to 170 mph. It was part of a larger outbreak of severe weather that spawned multiple tornadoes and left a path of destruction across the Midwest.
