How Canadians Can Watch the Olympics
CBC: Home of the Olympics in Canada
CBC is the exclusive broadcaster of the Olympic Games in Canada. For 19 days, Canadians can watch the action on CBC TV or digitally through live streaming at CBC Gem or CBC's Olympic website.
Live Streams
In addition to traditional TV broadcasts, CBC will also offer live streams of the Olympics. These streams will be available on CBC Gem and CBC's Olympic website.
No Cable Required
Unlike other major sporting events like the Stanley Cup Finals, Canadians do not need a cable subscription to watch the Olympics. CBC's live streams are available for free to anyone with an internet connection.
Streaming Services
For those who do not have access to a TV or internet connection, there are a number of streaming services that will offer coverage of the Olympics. These services include TSN, Sportsnet, and DAZN.
